🐍 नीति कथा: नाग और चूहे की पिटारी में मुलाकात

Hindi:

एक मदारी की पिटारी में नाग बंद था। उसी समय बिल्ली से डरकर एक चूहा भागते हुए गलती से उसी पिटारी में कूद गया। पिटारी बंद हो गई और अब शिकारी और शिकार एक ही स्थान पर थे।

चूहा कांपते हुए नाग से बोला कि वह उसका काल है और अब उसकी मृत्यु निश्चित है।

नाग ने उत्तर दिया कि अभी दोनों संकट में हैं और इस पिटारी से निकलना ज़रूरी है।

नाग ने चूहे को छेद करने को कहा क्योंकि उसके पास तेज़ दांत हैं और बाहर निकलने का यही रास्ता है।

चूहा डरते हुए पूछता है कि क्या नाग उसे खा लेगा

नाग आश्वस्त करता है कि वह ऐसा नहीं करेगा और उसे बस आज़ाद करना है

चूहे ने पिटारी में छेद कर दिया

जैसे ही छेद हुआ, नाग ने झपट्टा मारा और चूहे को निगल गया

नाग बाहर निकल गया

English:

A snake was locked in a juggler’s basket. At the same moment, a terrified mouse running from a cat accidentally jumped into the same basket.

The lid closed, and now predator and prey were face to face

The mouse trembled and told the snake that he was his death

The snake replied that they were both in danger and needed to escape

The snake convinced the mouse to chew a hole in the basket using his sharp teeth

The mouse hesitated but agreed

He made a hole

As soon as the path was open, the snake grabbed him and swallowed him

Then, the snake escaped the basket

अफजल खान ने शिवाजी महाराज को संधि के बहाने मिलने बुलाया

उसकी मंशा थी उन्हें बंदी बनाकर औरंगज़ेब के पास भेजना

शिवाजी ने लंबी बाहों वाला कोट पहना, जिसके भीतर बघनखा छुपा था

मुलाकात के समय शिवाजी ने एक ही वार में अफजल खान का अंत कर दिया

उसके बाद शिवाजी की सेना ने अचानक हमला कर शत्रु दल को पूरी तरह हरा दिया

इसका उद्देश्य यह था कि जब संकट गहरा हो और आसुरी शक्तियाँ प्रबल हों, तब दैवी शक्तियों को टिकाए रखने के लिए युक्ति और चातुर्य की आवश्यकता होती है
यदि उद्देश्य पवित्र हो, तो कार्य चाहे जैसा भी हो, वह धर्म बन जाता है
सिर्फ कर्म से नहीं, उसके पीछे की भावना और लक्ष्य से धर्म की व्याख्या होती है

When demonic forces become dominant and the righteous are in danger, strategy and cleverness are required
If the goal is pure, the act itself becomes Dharma

हर कर्म की शुद्धता उसका उद्देश्य तय करता है
यदि उद्देश्य लोकमंगल, धर्मरक्षा या समाज के हित में है, तो साधारण या असाधारण हर कर्म पुण्य कहलाता है
देवता वह है जो देता है, जो दूसरों के लिए जीता है
दैत्य वह है जो केवल अपने लिए भोगता है
दैविक शक्तियों की रक्षा के लिए युक्ति, बल और अवसर का सही उपयोग आवश्यक है

An asura is one who consumes only for himself
To preserve divine forces, it is essential to use intelligence, strength, and opportunity wisely
